Big Night Out Terms and Conditions

1.0 General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of booking set out our obligations to your commitments to us when you book a Big Night Out Guided Tour with us. These obligations, combined with the information contained on your Ticket, are the basis of our contract with you. It is important that you read through the Terms and Conditions before you book a Big Night Out Guided Tour. It is important to understand that these Terms and Conditions apply for all Big Night Out Guided Tours with us whether you have chosen to read them or not, and they are applicable to all the persons attending the Big Night Out Guided Tour.

2.0 Definition and Interpretation

“Arrangements” means the date, time and other details of the Big Night Out Guided Tour booked through us in accordance with this agreement or any other agreement between you and us.

"Associated Entities" means Wicked Hens Pty Ltd (ACN 108 686 022), Wicked Bucks Pty Ltd (ACN 146 328 412), Team Trips Pty Ltd (ACN 160 889 154) , Wicked Club Crawl Pty Ltd (ACN 121 309 288), New Years Eve Australia Pty Ltd, Down Under Party Tour Pty Ltd and any other entity associated now or in the future with Wicked Event Management Pty Ltd.

"Booking" means the Arrangement you made with us for the Big Night Out Guided Tour as detailed within your Ticket.

"Booking Agent" means our consultant/contractor or employee with whom you make the Arrangements with for the Big Night Out Guided Tour.

"Big Night Out Guided Tour" means a tour of Third Party Supplier's nightclubs in New Zealand

"Incentive Benefit" means free of charge benefits that Third Party Suppliers may provide to you for being on the Big Night Out Guided Tour.

“Organiser” means the person who makes a Booking on behalf of the entity named on the Ticket and who will be our point of contact (and any substitute for this person).

Ticket" means confirmation of your Booking with us containing the Arrangements for the Big Night Out Guided Tour.

"Ticket Price" means the amount charged for the Big Night Out Guided Tour as advised to you by our Booking Agent at the time of Booking.

“Third Party Supplier” means the owners and managers of the nightclubs visited as part of the Big Night Out Guided Tour.

“We” “us” and “our” means Big Night Out Promotions Pty Ltd and its Associated Entities. It also includes reference to our employees, agents, affiliates and related third parties.

“In writing” means by facsimile, email and/or letter.

You” “Your” or “Party” means the entity named on the booking form.

3.0 Booking Conditions

3.1 You must be over the age of 18 to make a Booking with us for a Big Night Out Guided Tour. You warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have sufficient government issued identification which does not falsely represent your age. The only ID valid on the Big Night Out Guided Tour are current: New Zealand Drivers License, over 18+ card, international passport or international drivers license in complete English. We reserve the right to exclude you from the Big Night Out Guided Tour should you provide false proof of age documents.

3.2 To book a Big Night Out Guided Tour or an event with us you must making a Booking with us and pay the Ticket Price. By paying the Ticket Price, you confirm the accuracy of all information you have provided to the Booking Agent (including that you are over the Age of 18) and you accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and any other members of your group particularised on the Ticket.

3.3 The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and us. It must be understood that if you make a Booking via telephone or internet, you accept our booking Terms and Conditions.

3.4 If making a Booking for a group, you must appoint an Organiser. You accept that the Organiser has the authority to deal with us on your behalf.

3.5 If for any reason there is a change in the Organiser, you should notify us In Writing immediately.

3.6 You must check all documents (including any tickets or vouchers) that we send to you and contact us at once if any information on the Ticket or any other document appears to be inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete.

4.0 No Agent

4.1 We are an independent company that makes Arrangements with the Third Party Suppliers. We are not agents or representatives of any Third Party Suppliers used for the Arrangements and we accept no liability for any warranties provided by any Third Party Suppliers or other third parties.

4.2 You acknowledge that we are event planners only and are independent to that of the Third Party Suppliers used for the Arrangements.

4.3 By making the Booking you acknowledge that you are purchasing a Big Night Out Guided Tour only and are not purchasing entry into the Third Party Supplier venues, alcoholic beverages or any other Incentive Benefit offered by the Third Party Suppliers.

4.4 Some Third Party Suppliers may provide Incentive Benefits to you. The Incentive Benefits are independent to that of the Big Night Out Guided Tour and are provided at the sole discretion of the Third Party Suppliers. The Third Party Suppliers reserve the rights to amend or cancel any Incentive Benefits offered. You acknowledge that the Incentive Benefits were not part of the Ticket Price or Booking.

5.0 Amendments to Terms

5.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on our website and to you In Writing. Your continuation with the Booking will represent an Agreement by you to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as amended.

6.0 Payments to Us

6.1 Bookings are not confirmed or guaranteed until the Ticket Price has been paid and the Ticket has been issued to you.

6.2 The Organiser is responsible for ensuring that everyone within the group is aware of the Terms and Conditions and that they are provided with a copy of the Terms and Conditions.

6.3 Tickets are non-refundable if you simply change your mind.  Tickets may not be re-sold at cost or premium, or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes, without our prior written consent. You acknowledge that we are not required to provide you with a refund under New Zealand Law (Consumer Guarantees Act) if you are unable to attend the Big Night Out Guided Tour or simply changed your mind. 

6.4 No Ticket will be issued until the Ticket Price has been paid.

6.5 If you or any member of your group changes their mind, decide not to attend/are unable to attend or are required to depart early from the Arrangements, no refund will be provided.

7.0 Changes By You

7.1 All changes must be requested In Writing by you or the Organiser. We will make every effort to accommodate your changes but we may not always be able to do so.

7.2 Adding additional group members after the Ticket has been issued is subject to availability. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

7.3 In order to change a Booking, you acknowledge that you may incur a $25.00 AUD charge. The change that you require cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

8.0 Changes By Us

8.1 If we have to make a significant change to your Arrangements at any time we will inform you as soon as possible.

8.2 We reserve the right at any time to cancel or change any Arrangements made, and to substitute alternative Arrangements, without accepting liability.

8.3 If you are unsatisfied with the alternative arrangements referred to in clause 8.2 (above) you must advise us In Writing within seven (7) days of being notified of the alternate arrangements. If you fail to notify us, no refund will be provided and any deposit paid will be deemed abandon. Any monies paid for the Deposit will be deemed monies for services rendered for making a booking for a Big Night Out Guided Tour and will not be refunded, unless required by New Zealand Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees Act)

8.4 We reserve the right to cancel any Arrangement, itinerary or tour (before the commencement date of the Arrangement), due to force of nature, health concerns or any other reason outside of our control that we, in our absolute discretion, may determine. Force of nature events include (but are not limited to) war or threat of war, riot, civil strife or unrest, act of god, strikes, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flight or transport by airline or road traffic conditions, or any other event that is beyond the reasonable control of us.

9.0 Liability

9.1 You agree to observe and obey all rules and warnings provided by us, our employees and/or agents, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by us, our employees and/or agents.

9.2 You acknowledge that there may be some inherent risk associated with the Arrangements. You assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself, injuries to others and further release and discharge us from all actions, suits, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever at law, in equity and under statute which you may have or for this document would, could or might at any future time have or have had against us in respect of or arising out of either directly or indirectly the services we provide.

9.3 You agree to pay for all damages caused to any Third Party Supplier facilities visited as part of the Arrangements caused by your neglect, reckless or wilful actions.

9.4 You agree to and hereby assume all risk, dangers and hazards associated with use or participation in the Arrangements, including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to others. In addition to the foregoing, these risks include but are not limited to the following:

a) the risk associated with travel to and from venues and locations included in the Arrangements;

b) intoxication and/or alcohol poisoning from the alcohol you consume;

c) the possibility of bodily injury; and

d) being in altercations with others (which is not condoned or tolerated by us).

9.5 You agree to indemnify us from all third party actions, suits, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever at law, in equity and under statute as a result of your behaviour and actions.

9.6 You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any and all property brought on the Big Night Out Guided Tour and we will not be held liable for any damage caused to any property brought by you on the Big Night Out Guided Tour.

10.0 Behaviour

10.1 You must adhere to the current laws of New Zealand.

10.2 We support the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. Licensing laws prohibit the service of alcohol to underage and unduly intoxicated persons. The management of all Third Party Suppliers have the right to refuse service to you and your group if you are displaying disorderly, aggressive, abusive, anti-social or intoxicated behaviour. Refusal is at the sole discretion of the management of the Third Party Suppliers.

10.3 The Booking is for Big Night Out Guided Tours only and does not include the sale of Alcohol. Consumption of Alcohol is at your own risk and we urge all participants to drink responsibly. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for participants who drink excessively, resulting in damages, ill health, injury or death.

10.4 We do not condone the use of illicit substances prior to or during any Arrangement hosted by us. We reserve the right to request a Third Party Supplier to exclude you or any member of your group if it is believed that:

(a) You or a member of your group are displaying socially offensive behaviour;

(b) You or a member of your group are socially offensive and defaming the good reputation of us or any Third Party member; and/or

(c) You or a member of your group are a threat to another person's safety due to being under the influence of any illicit substances.

10.5 Despite our Third Party Suppliers being aware of the nature and likely intent of same sex groups, you are expected to respect your environment and other people around you. All Third Party Suppliers have every right to terminate your stay without notice under threat of vandalism, violence or any other behaviour deemed inappropriate by them. In such cases, all insurances will be invalidated and you will not have any entitlement for a refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

10.6 We accept no liability for any accident or misadventure that occurs while any of your group is under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances.

10.7 All parties attending the Big Night Out Guided Tour should be aware of their own physical and mental limitations before attending the Big Night Out Guided Tour. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant we strongly recommend that you do not make a Booking with us. Should you be pregnant or have another medical condition that may be affected by attending the Big Night Out Guided Tour, you must advise us prior to making a Booking.

11.0 Clothing

11.1 Third Party Suppliers may have a minimum dress standard. You acknowledge that appropriate clothing must be worn at all times on the Big Night Out Guided Tour. Appropriate clothing includes no singlets; no vests; no shorts; no large visible tattoos and enclosed shoes.

11.2 You acknowledge that Third Party Suppliers may refuse you entry into their venue should you not meet their minimum dress standard. We will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by you as a result of your failure to meet the minimum dress standard.

12.0 Video Footage

12.1 You grant us the right to use any image of you in any live or recorded video, display or any transmission or reproduction of the tour. All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce, or recreate the tour is reserved by us. You agree not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would infringe on our rights under this clause.

12.2 You assign to us any intellectual property associated with any image of you in any live or recorded video display or any transmission or reproduction of the Big Night Out Guided Tour.

12.3 Any images or sound recordings you take during the tour with your camera, video or audio equipment must only be used for private and domestic purposes only and you agree that you will not sell, license, broadcast, publish or otherwise commercially exploit them and in particular make available any footage, sound recording or series of still pictures taken at the event on the internet or to any third parties.

13.0 Complaints

13.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Arrangements provided by us, you must communicate your complaint to the Third Party Supplier of the service concerned at the earliest opportunity. You should also contact us to let us know of your complaint. If you do not inform us and the Third Party Supplier of the service as soon as possible, at least within 48 hours of the complaint occurring, we will not be responsible for the complaint. If the complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction before your return home, then you must make a complaint to us in writing no less than seven (7) days after your return from the tour/event. You will receive a reply within 28 days of us receiving your complaint in writing. If you do not comply with the complaints procedure, we will not be held responsible for your complaint.

14.0 Entire Agreement

14.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this document and supersedes all prior negotiations, contracts, Arrangements, understandings and agreements with respect to that subject matter.

15.0 Law

15.1 This document is governed by and construed under the law of New Zealand.

15.2 Any legal action in relation to this document against any party or its property may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in New Zealand

15.3 Each party by execution of this document irrevocably, generally and unconditionally submits to the non exclusive jurisdiction of any court specified in this provision in relation to both itself and its property.

16.0 Remedies

16.1 The rights of a party under this document are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights provided by law.

17.0 Severability

17.1 Any provision of this document which is invalid in any jurisdiction is invalid in that jurisdiction to that extent, without invalidating or affecting the remaining provisions of this document or the validity of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

Ticketbooth Terms and Conditions

Ticketbooth Pty Ltd, Ticketbooth.co.nz (collectively “Ticketbooth”) operate the Ticketbooth booking system and web pages (“Ticketbooth Platform”) for events created by EVENT ORGANISERS. Ticketbooth provides the Ticketbooth platform and associated software to EVENT ORGANISERS so that they may list event details, set ticket inventory, sell tickets, take registrations and manage other event functions using the Ticketbooth platform. Ticketbooth provides access to certain parts of the Ticketbooth platform to the general public so that they may transact and interact with the EVENT ORGANISER. The following Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase Policy (“these Terms”) have been created to ensure you are happy with your ticket purchase and that you fully understand the purchase process with the EVENT ORGANISER who uses Ticketbooth, the Ticketbooth platform, Ticketbooth powered partner websites and Ticketbooth retail store associates to promote the EVENT ORGANISER’s events, sell tickets, make registrations and bookings.

Section 1 : General

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

By using or visiting the Ticketbooth platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Ticketbooth platform.

Ticketbooth Pty Ltd and Ticketbooth.co.nz (collectively “Ticketbooth”) reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Ticketbooth platform. To ensure you are aware of the latest Purchase Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use, please check this page of the Ticketbooth platform periodically which is available from every event page on the Ticketbooth platform. The latest date of issue will be posted at the top of this page.

Section 2 : Permitted Use Of The Ticketbooth Platform

You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of Ticketbooth platform for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this site for any purpose other than to review an event and its promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorised by Ticketbooth to do so.

The content and software on this site is the property of Ticketbooth and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. We post a legal notice and various credits on the Ticketbooth platform, which may not be amended or removed. You must not remove this notice or these credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits.

Section 3 : Links And Search Results On The Ticketbooth Platform

The Ticketbooth platform may include links posted by the EVENT ORGANISER or automatically produce search results that reference or link to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. To the extent permitted by law, where Ticketbooth has no control over these web sites or the content contained within them, Ticketbooth cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in third party websites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive.

Ticketbooth does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor do we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer in a harmful or damaging way. By using the Ticketbooth platform to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Ticketbooth for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Ticketbooth platform to obtain search results or to link to another site. If you have a problem with a link from the Ticketbooth platform, please notify us at [email protected] and we will investigate the problem you describe in your email and take actions that we deem are appropriate in our sole discretion.

Section 4 : Unauthorised Use Of The Ticketbooth Platform

Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Ticketbooth platform, whether for unauthorised ticket sales, unauthorised framing of or linking to the Ticketbooth platform will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken.

Section 5 : Violation Of These Terms And Conditions

If you violate these Terms including if you post or provide User Content which violates these Terms or has violated the rights of Ticketbooth, any other User or the law, Ticketbooth may terminate your use of the Ticketbooth platform, prevent you from making all future bookings using the Ticketbooth platform, and/or take legal action against you. Where this occurs, Ticketbooth will provide you with reasonable prior written notice that this will be implemented, together with reasons for that action being taken. If you wish to dispute that decision of Ticketbooth, you have 5 days within Ticketbooth providing its notice to you to do so and Ticketbooth will act reasonably in considering your response.

If you materially violate these Terms (which includes any breach of clause 6), Ticketbooth may cancel your ticket orders in which case Ticketbooth will provide you with written notice of that cancellation together with reasons for that cancellation and will provide you with a refund of the ticket price paid by you.

You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Ticketbooth for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.

Ticketbooth may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. This is in addition to any other uses permitted under our Privacy Policy.

Ticketbooth is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a user because you have violated these Terms, except as expressly set out in these Terms.

Section 6 : Ticketbooth Copyright Policy

You may only submit content to the Ticketbooth platform (“User Content”) where you have the rights to do so. In particular, you:

may not use the Ticketbooth platform to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material (including articles, images, stories and software) without a license, express consent, valid defence or fair use exemption to do so; and

must ensure that the content you upload does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties (such as privacy or publicity rights).

Section 7 : Disclaimers

Ticketbooth does not promise that the Ticketbooth platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Ticketbooth platform or any content, search or link on it.

The Ticketbooth platform and its content are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Ticketbooth can not ensure that files you download from the Ticketbooth platform will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features although Ticketbooth will take steps consistent with industry practice to protect against this occurring.

Ticketbooth does not by these Terms exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or equivalent state or territory legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, Ticketbooth excludes all rights, remedies, conditions and warranties in respect of goods or services from your use of this site and the Ticketbooth platform whether based in statute, common law or otherwise to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent possible, the following paragraphs of this clause 7 will apply.

Ticketbooth will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Ticketbooth platform, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.

Ticketbooth makes no guarantee of any specific result from use of the Ticketbooth platform or use of the Ticketbooth service.

Ticketbooth disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, Ticketbooth users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Ticketbooth platform, in connection with the Ticketbooth service or otherwise related to your use of the Ticketbooth platform and/or the Ticketbooth service. Ticketbooth is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the Ticketbooth platform.

Without limiting the other provisions of this clause 7, you may report the misconduct of users and/or third party advertisers, service and/or product providers referenced on or included in the Ticketbooth platform to Ticketbooth at [email protected]. Ticketbooth may investigate the claim and take appropriate action, in its sole discretion.

Section 8 : Payment Methods

Ticketbooth processes your credit card depending upon the methods accepted by the EVENT ORGANISER which may include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. At no stage does your entire credit card number get collected or stored in Our system. The only parties to receive the entire card number are Our bank and the Payment Gateway. If you are concerned about using your credit card online please contact us for assistance.

Section 9 : Limits On Tickets Purchases Per Customer

When purchasing tickets on Ticketbooth, you are limited to a maximum of 10 tickets for each event unless the EVENT ORGANISER has authorised such purchases in its terms and conditions. If you try to circumvent the Ticketbooth platforms to purchase more than 10 tickets the EVENT ORGANISER may at its discretion cancel additional bookings. This limitation has been designed to prevent unfair buying practices at popular events and make sure everyone gets a fair chance of attending the event. The reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited by non-authorised re-sellers, tickets found to be re-sold maybe voided and canceled at Ticketbooth’s discretion.

Section 10 : Section 10 : Pricing And Ticket Availability

Ticketbooth sells tickets on behalf of EVENT ORGANISERS which means Ticketbooth does not determine the ticket prices, booking fees, postage and handling fees (if posted tickets are an option) or the seating selections.

Ticket inventory is the responsibility of the EVENT ORGANISER. Given inventory set by the EVENT ORGANISER, popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available in addition to inventory using Ticketbooth set by the EVENT ORGANISER, however the EVENT ORGANISER controls this inventory and its availability.

Section 11 : Credit Card Purchases – Proof Of Identity

In most cases where you purchase your tickets using a credit card, in order to collect your tickets, you will be required to present the credit card used to purchase tickets and a picture identification, which must match each other and must match the name under which the booking was made.

You can only buy tickets with your parent’s or another person’s credit card if:

You have both permission to use the credit card and can bring it to the event or;

You have permission to use the card and the card holder has completed the Ticketbooth credit card authorisation form – you will need to bring the form completed by the cardholder to the event – click here to view and print AND IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH EITHER OF THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE LET INTO THE EVENT, even with a valid ticket.

All purchases are charged to your credit card at the time of purchase, not at the time of entry to the event.

Section 12 : Licensed Venues – Proof Of Identity

In New Zealand, Ticketbooth sometimes sells tickets for events at licensed venues, and these venues require a valid driver’s license, passport or proof of age to prove you are over 18 years of age. You may need to present this proof at the event venue to obtain admission.

Section 13 : Delivery Of Tickets

Through the Ticketbooth platform the EVENT ORGANISER may elect to offer one or more of the following delivery options for your ticket order. The proof of identity requirements set out in clauses 12 and 13 will apply regardless of the delivery of ticket method used.

By “email / e-ticket” option: The Ticketbooth platform provides an opportunity for you to provide your email address and will attempt to deliver your e-ticket by email to that email address. If you do not receive your e-ticket then please contact Ticketbooth by email [email protected] at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

By “at the door” option: Tickets delivered through “at the door” delivery option are typically available one hour prior to the event start time at the location set by the EVENT ORGANISER.

By “Post” or “Registered Post” option: Please ensure you supply the correct billing and credit card account information for ticket orders as incorrect details will delay processing and delivery. Ticketbooth and EVENT ORGANISER do not post to PO Boxes.

Delivery of tickets are the responsibility of the EVENT ORGANISER, unless Ticketbooth has undertaken to provide this service to the EVENT ORGANISER. If you have selected delivery through the mail, please allow at least 10 working days after your order is made to receive your tickets from the EVENT ORGANISER unless the EVENT ORGANISER has provided express delivery options. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact the EVENT ORGANISER via the phone number or email address supplied on the EVENT ORGANISER Ticketbooth event page or contact Ticketbooth at [email protected].

All purchases are charged to your credit card at the time of purchase, not at the time of entry to the event.

Section 14 : Cancelled Events

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the EVENT ORGANISER due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, the EVENT ORGANISER will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund and/or exchange if applicable.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be determined by the EVENT ORGANISER. To find out about the refund availability and process:

you will be notified by email if you have opted in to receive email updates; or

you can review notices posted on the EVENT ORGANISER’s website or contact the EVENT ORGANISER via the email address supplied on the EVENT ORGANISER’s Ticketbooth listing.

If the event was moved or rescheduled, the EVENT ORGANISER may set refund limitations. Contact the EVENT ORGANISER for exact instructions.

If a refund has been confirmed by Ticketbooth then the following refund method applies:

If you booked online or by phone using a credit card, Ticketbooth will automatically refund to the credit card used for purchase within 14 days of notifying you that a refund for this event applies.

If you booked in an authorised Ticketbooth retail outlet, please return to the same outlet you purchased from and take along with you your Ticketbooth receipt to obtain a full refund within 90 days of the event cancellation. You will be asked to sign for your refund. If you are genuinely unable to return to the store for a refund, please contact [email protected] providing details of the event and point of purchase and any other information as reasonably required to allow Ticketbooth to arrange a refund. Note that any refunds conducted through this method will take significantly longer than refunds conducted through the retail outlet.

If you purchased the ticket(s) independently of the Ticketbooth platform, you will need to return the tickets directly to the place where you purchased the tickets.

Exchanges, Refunds, Name Changes And Replacements

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket selection. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY TICKET will be given or service fee except during cancellation or rescheduling, or relocation of an event by the seller, or circumstances required by law (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) given that the customer has requested the refund within a reasonable time and provide valid proof of purchase. Refund liability is limited to the total amount of the ticket purchase (including any fees or charges). The seller is not liable for expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Ticketbooth cannot offer you a refund if you can no longer attend an event or any personal circumstances, however you may give your tickets to another person to use.

Name changes policies may vary on an event basis. Please check specific event terms of service regarding name changes.

Ticketbooth will not replace lost, stolen or damaged hard copy tickets. Lost e-tickets can be re-issued to owners to the initial email address used to purchase the tickets minimum 48hrs prior the event.

EVENT ORGANISERS may reserve the right of:

Admission to events, latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break.

To change/withdraw advertised artists, programs or seating without notice.

EVENT ORGANISERS may also append the Ticketbooth terms and conditions and these additional terms are displayed and agreed to by the purchaser during the booking process.
